All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Hosting), operated by Google LLC. Data is stored in Google's secure cloud infrastructure. We do not store data on our own servers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Google Firebase — for data storage and authentication
• Creem.io — for payment processing
• As required by law or legal process

Your company's inspection data is strictly isolated and not accessible by other companies on the platform.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including Firebase security rules that restrict access based on company membership and user roles. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at sara@bluehorizonsolutions.net and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Our platform uses Firebase Authentication which may store session tokens in your browser's local storage. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
